About Us!

Welcome to our leadership model website, a passion project born from the hearts and minds of Kate and Graham, colleagues in Learning & Development at Amazon. With extensive experience in leadership and L&D, we’ve witnessed firsthand the common pitfalls—mistakes repeated, autopilot habits, and the tendency to mimic others without reflection. Driven by a desire to inspire better leadership, we created this resource to get people thinking critically about their approach. While there are excellent leadership models out there, we noticed gaps—topics underexplored and many frameworks outdated, failing to mirror today’s dynamic work environment. Our goal is to fill that void with fresh, practical models that address real-world challenges. From motivation to decision-making, we’re here to offer tools that empower you to lead with intention and impact. Join us on this journey as we redefine leadership together!
